Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Serie A 38-0 account and the data linked to it. This removes your profile (display name, friend code), saved runs and leaderboard entries, achievements, cosmetics, and friend relationships from our database.

Fastest: delete in the app

If you have the mobile app installed, open Settings → Delete account / data. This starts the deletion of your account and associated data. Guests (no account) can erase all on-device data instantly from the same screen — that data never leaves the device.

Don't have the app handy? Submit the form below with the email address you used to sign in. We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data, normally within 30 days, and confirm by email.

What gets deleted & retention

• Deleted: profile, friend code, saved runs and daily results, leaderboard entries, achievements, cosmetics, and friendships tied to your account.
• Authentication: we also remove your sign-in record with our authentication provider.
• Timing: deletion normally completes within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required by law.
